Operations Coordinator
(Part-Time)
Cocktail Academy (CA) is seeking a Dallas-based, dynamic Part-Time Operations Coordinator to support the Vice President of Operations. In this role, you will be an essential part of our team, handling day-to-day administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of our leadership team. This position is hybrid remote, requiring 20-30 hours per week, with 4-8 hours spent in person. We offer a flexible schedule to fit your availability.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys presenting information clearly, and has a passion for the hospitality industry. You will manage inboxes, coordinate schedules, take notes, prepare reports, and assist with data collection. Additionally, you will provide executive support as needed, aiding in key projects and strategic initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support for VP of Operations
Manage the VP’s inbox, prioritize emails, and draft responses.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, including handling travel arrangements.
Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute summaries promptly.
Reporting and Data Management
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents based on collected data.
Gather, analyze, and present information clearly for business insights.
Ensure a high standard of accuracy and organization in all tasks.
Executive Support
Provide ad hoc support to senior executives, assisting with key projects as needed.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
General Coordination
Manage calendars and ensure efficient time management for senior executives.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Exceptional organizational skills and a talent for clear, concise presentation of information.
Strong interest and passion for the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in Google Workspace. Experience with project management tools like monday.com a plus.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid remote environment with flexibility for in-person meetings.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
