Cocktail Academy, Chef Eduardo Ruiz and El Tesoro welcomed some of LA’s most emerging young bartenders to take a seat at the ‘Treasure Table’ - an exploratory culinary journey into the El Tesoro brand. Before the formal dinner, guests were invited to work alongside Chef Eduardo and mold their own masa, preparing fresh tortillas ‘a la plancha’  complete with their choice of queso fundido and toppings such a sunchokes, braised chilies and more. To complement the activation, the bartenders were pampered with traditional bandara shots featuring El Tesoro Blanco. No great evening is complete without interesting conversation and brand ambassador, Luis Navarro, got guests excited by screening new video assets and providing tasting notes and brand details. As guests dined al fresco and enjoyed chef Ruiz’s modern Mexican fare, many which incorporated the spirit, guests sampled an additional 4 cocktails - one paired with each course. Guests lingered long into the evening, enjoying new friendships, new experiences and new appreciation for El Tesoro.
